An industry veteran with extensive expertise in the cash management business, he held multiple leadership positions such as President and CEO over the last 15 years at reputed & large organisations. During his earlier stint, he handled major situations such as demonetisation and COVID successfully, ensuring seamless operations.
Anup has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in business management from Baroda Productivity Council.
Manosh Bhattacharya (Manosh) is the Country Head – Cash Management, with over 26 years of experience spanning Courier, Transportation, Logistics, Retail, E-commerce, and Cash Management industries. Throughout his career, he has developed high-potential teams, built and managed large-scale network operations, worked in multiple countries across the Middle East and Asia Pacific, and overseen multilingual multinational teams. He has played a key role in setting up businesses, including M&A and fund-raising.
Manosh has been an integral part of teams in the Cash Management industry, contributing to the establishment of minimum standards for the sector. He has been recognized and awarded for implementing pioneering technologies and innovations in the industry. Manosh holds an MBA from Nagpur University and has completed his Advanced Management program from IIM Calcutta.
Janki Naik (Janki) is the Chief Financial Officer at Hitachi Cash Management Services. Janki brings over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry and has in depth knowledge of Cash Business in areas like Business Finance, Strategy, Transformation, New Business and P&L Management. Prior to joining Hitachi Cash Management Services, she was with Hitachi Payment Services as SVP – Business Finance.
In her notable career, she has held multiple leadership positions and has worked with reputed organizations like AB Mauri and Euronet. As a Chartered Accountant, she seamlessly integrates financial acumen in key focus areas of Customer & Partner Relations, Negotiations and Innovative Value Propositions.
Jagannath Chaudhary (Jagannath) serves as the Chief People Officer, overseeing the overall HR function for the company. With 29 years of experience in electronics, retail, telecommunications, and logistics, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Before joining Writer, he held significant positions at CMS Infosystems as Head-HR & IR, DP World, Tata Communications, and Philips India Ltd.
Jagannath specializes in workforce management, industrial relations, and labor laws. His contributions include key HR interventions such as the socialization of the Mission, Vision & Values Statement and the Competencies framework implemented within the company. As a member of the HR committee at SRO, he played a pivotal role in developing the curriculum for SRO assessment and certification of workmen.
With a profound academic history, Jagannath has obtained Master of Arts in Psychology, an LLM in Criminology, and a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai. He is a Certified PPA practitioner (Thomas Assessment) and Predictive Index assessment. Additionally, he is a certified ‘Gold’ level assessor for RBNQA (Quality) and has been recognized for his HR initiatives for workforce development.
Prashant Joshi (Prashant) is the Chief Operations Officer at Hitachi Cash Management Services. He is responsible to achieve operation, infrastructure and process excellence along with delivering cost leadership and SLA adherences. He is responsible for implementing regulatory compliances and technology driven controls to mitigate operational risk.
Prashant has over 30 years of experience in the service industry. He has worked across multiple domains including, P&L management, Operations management, Risk management, Project management, Procurement and Vendor management.
Prashant has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management. In his previous stints he has worked with large Indian corporates across Logistics and Relocation Industry managing Projects, Sales Operations.
Swapnil S Bagul (Swapnil) is a Chief Technology Officer at Hitachi Cash Management Services. Swapnil has more than two decades of experience in IT solutioning and consulting across business verticals in Financial Services like ATM and Retail Cash solutions, Securities and Depository Market and Media Renting in Retail space. Swapnil is an IT professional experienced in IT strategies for business management and transformation and business process automation leading multi-dimensional technology teams across these years.
Swapnil has been instrumental in having architected and designed high performance and mission critical systems and delivering business solutions using GIS, Mobility, Grid and Distributed Computing, Cloud, BI, AI/OCR and IOT. Swapnil has contributed to research and development on cutting edge technology solutions in Grid Computing and Data Engineering for High Performance systems and business solutions in design of Secured Cash Vans and Trunks.
Prior to Hitachi Cash Management Services, Swapnil has headed technology in Writer Business Services, Lead as Software Architect in Reliance Big Entertainment and Infosys and National Securities Depository Limited. Swapnil is an Bachelor of Engineering Computer Science alumni of University of Mumbai.
Rajesh Ramachandran (Rajesh) is the Business Head, ATM sales and Account Management at Hitachi Cash Management Services. He is responsible for developing and achieving sales target, margin objective, Strategy formulation, increase market share, revenue assurance and cash reconciliation, manage all customer relationships and own the customer feedback system for the ATM product.
Rajesh has overall 24 years of work experience across financial services including Cards, Channel Management, Strategy and Sales and distribution and was associated with Large Multinational Bank for consumer card acquisition across several markets.
Rajesh has completed his Post Graduation in Sales and marketing and started his in career Merchant acquiring services, value add services and Client acquisition.
Soumendu Roy (Soumendu) is the Business Head, RCM Sales and Relationship Management at Hitachi Cash Management Services. He is responsible for developing and achieving Sales targets, margin objectives, Strategy formulation, increase market share and manages all customer relationships for the RCM product.
Soumendu has completed his PGDM in Operations Management and brings over 27 years of experience across Sales Strategy formulation, Sales and Key account management, Lead generation, Sales forecasting, P&L Management, Operations management, and Customer experience.
In his previous stints he has worked with large Indian corporates across Logistics and Petrochemicals managing Customer Care, Business Development & Retention.
